Recipe: summer salad dressing

fresh lettuce for our summer salad

Here is a very simple but wonderful tip for a summer salad dressing. We use mint for tea and dill for making pickles but recently I just added this to freshly picked lettuce from my garden and gives the salad a wonderful mild and fresh taste. It's very simple but very good. Try it.

Here is what you need:

It's important to use fresh herbs. Dried mint and dried dill taste awful.

Mince the herbs with a knife and then add vinegar and oil. Add the dressing to the salad and enjoy.

Dill

Spearmint
