Christmas chocolate butter cookies

chocolate butter cookies
You need:
  • 400g of flour

  • 250g butter

  • 200g sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 bag of baking powder (2-3 teaspoons)

  • 1 bag of vanillin sugar (optional)

  • water or milk as needed

  • various cookie cutters of santa, Christmas tree, rendeer, stars etc.

Put the butter in a pot and heat it up until it is liquid. Mix all ingredients together in a big bowl with as much water as needed to get a dough that is still solid. Cover the table a bit with flour. Then roll out the dough with the rolling pin. Cut your Santas, Christmas trees, rendeers, stars and bells with your cookie cutters and put them on the baking tray. When the baking tray is full, put it in the oven. Bake at 180°C for 20-25 min (how long it needs depends on your oven and how thick you made the dough). Fill the second baking tray. This time your baking time should be less, maybe 15-20 minutes.
Put the chocolate in a pot and dissolve it slowly. Take a spoon and put some chocolate on every cookie from the finished baking tray. Let it cool and then:
